Thank you for shopping at shop.mrr.bike, operated by Motorraid Sp. z o.o. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we're here to help.
1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
If you are an individual consumer located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days from the day you receive your order — without providing any reason.
To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing via email to biuro@motorraid.pl before the 14-day period expires. You can use our model withdrawal form or write your own clear statement of withdrawal.
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.
The product must be returned in its original packaging, including all labels and documentation.
Returns must be shipped back to us within 14 days of informing us about the withdrawal.
Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
3. Items That Cannot Be Returned
We do not accept returns for:
Used tires or tires that have been mounted
Products damaged by improper handling after delivery
Custom or special-order items (unless defective)
4. Return Shipping
The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or the wrong product was delivered.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
5. Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
If the return is approved:
A refund will be issued to your original payment method (e.g., Przelewy24).
Refunds are typically processed within 7 business days of receiving the return.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of incorrect or defective items.
Please note:
A decision regarding the approval or rejection of the refund will be made within 14 days from the date we receive the returned item.
6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the item and place a new order.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
