TERMS & CONDITIONS

§ 1 General Information

  1. These Terms and Conditions define the rules for using the online store available at https://shop.mrr.bike/en, operated by:

  1. The store offers motorcycle tires exclusively for customers located within the European Union.

§ 2 Definitions

Customer – any natural or legal person making a purchase in the store.

Consumer – a natural person making a purchase not related to their business or professional activity.

Seller – Motorraid Sp. z o.o.

Store – the online platform at https://shop.mrr.bike/en.

Terms – this document.

§ 3 Using the Store

  1. The Customer is obligated to use the Store in accordance with applicable laws and these Terms.

  2. To place an order, an active email address is required.

§ 4 Orders

  1. Product information displayed in the Store does not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to place an order.

  2. An order is placed by adding products to the cart and completing the order form.

  3. The sales contract is concluded once the order is confirmed by the Seller.

§ 5 Prices and Payment Methods

  1. All prices are expressed in Polish zloty (PLN) or euros (EUR) and include VAT.

  2. Accepted payment methods:

    • Online payments via Przelewy24 (P24)

    • Bank transfer to the following accounts:

§ 6 Delivery and Pickup

  1. Delivery is available only within the European Union, primarily within Poland.

  2. Delivery is carried out via courier. Shipping costs are displayed during checkout and added to the total order value.

  3. Alternatively, customers may choose personal pickup:

    • At our main warehouse near Warsaw (exact address provided after order),

    • During selected motorcycle track events organized by Motorraid – detailed event calendar is available on the website or upon request.

§ 7 Right of Withdrawal

  1. Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing a reason.

  2. To exercise this right, a clear statement must be sent (e.g., by email to biuro@motorraid.pl).

  3. The cost of returning the goods is borne by the Customer.

  4. The refund will be issued promptly after receiving the returned items.

  5. The Seller will make a decision regarding the approval or rejection of the refund within 14 days from the date of receiving the returned goods.

§ 8 Complaints

  1. The Seller guarantees delivery of goods free from defects.

  2. In the case of defects or damage, the Customer has the right to file a complaint.

  3. Complaints should be sent by email to: biuro@motorraid.pl

  4. The Seller will review the complaint and make a decision regarding its approval or rejection within 14 days from the date of receiving the returned product or receiving sufficient documentation to assess the issue.

§ 9 Personal Data Protection

  1. The administrator of Customers' personal data is Motorraid Sp. z o.o.

  2. Personal data is processed in accordance with GDPR and used solely for the purpose of fulfilling orders or marketing (if consent is given).

  3. Customers have the right to access, correct, or delete their data.

§ 10 Final Provisions

  1. The Seller reserves the right to modify these Terms. The updated version will be published on the Store website.

  2. All matters not covered by these Terms are governed by the applicable laws of Poland and the European Union.
