1. Shipping Area
We currently offer courier delivery only within Poland.
Orders from other EU countries or outside the EU will not be processed for shipping.
2. Delivery and Pickup Methods
We offer the following delivery and pickup options:
📦 Courier Delivery (Poland only)
Orders are shipped via trusted courier services.
Typical delivery time: 2–5 business days after order confirmation and payment.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order.
🏍️ Track Event Pickup
Event pickup is available only during official MRR track events.

🏢 Warehouse Pickup (Near Warsaw)
You may also choose to collect your order from our main warehouse near Warsaw.
After selecting this option, we will contact you to confirm pickup arrangements.
3. Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
4. Shipping Costs
Delivery charges vary based on order weight, size, and delivery method.
Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before payment is made.
All pickup options (track events or warehouse) are free of charge.
5. Delivery Issues & Delays
If your order is delayed or goes missing, please contact us at biuro@motorraid.pl with your order number.
We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier service or incorrect delivery information.
